Responsible for identifying, sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates for high-volume roles in sales, customer service, and claims.
Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and enact solutions.
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables from candidate sourcing through offer creation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and or related field.
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
5+ years of related full-life cycle recruitment experience.
Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating and presenting offer packages.
Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation.
LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience.
Creative problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent.
An effective communicator who can promote a culture of trust, empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Project and process management skills; highly organized & detail-orientated.
