Requirements
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition, either agency or in-house
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
- A track record of delivering hires at pace while maintaining quality
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised and proactive approach
- Candidate-focused mindset
- Experience using recruitment data and metrics
- Commercial awareness
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
