About this role

Participate in workstreams as a Fund Accounting subject matter expert for digital asset operations across a portfolio of value streams to deliver digital asset capabilities
Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level
Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream
Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to both functional leadership teams and digital asset operations leadership teams

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Knowledge of Fund Accounting systems, data flows, and overall operating model
Ability to escalate risks and decision points quickly to the appropriate stakeholders
Collaboration with other Fund Accounting business units as well as other departments within State Street
Experience executing on a project as a critical stakeholder, including excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred
