As the Talent Leader, Manager of People Partnering for a global client account team, you will drive the development and execution of our people strategy.
Create a comprehensive people plan to drive business strategy.
Develop a recruiting plan with Global Talent Acquisition.
Drive a world-class on-boarding process to foster an inclusive team culture.
Provide strategic consultation on integrating HR initiatives with business objectives.
Continuously improve programs for increased organizational effectiveness and engagement.
Analyze situations and apply HR knowledge to define priorities.
Work closely with the Global Account and Operations Directors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields preferred
8-10 years relevant HR experience
Experience with enterprise HR tools and databases e.g. Workday
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent cross-functional and global collaboration
Ability to manage stakeholders and advocate change through influence rather than authority
Skill in examining organizational structures, operations and procedures
Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong results/goal orientation
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of human resources processes, procedures, and practices
