Lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of change and programs involving transformation across global platforms, systems, applications, tools, and technologies
Ensure consistent and proactive engagement with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and impacted stakeholders to build trust, reduce resistance, and drive adoption of change initiatives
Govern Strategic Initiatives Across Business Units involving program management for critical initiatives spanning CGS, Carelon, and Commercialization customers
Build Ecosystems for Thought Leadership and Capability Development
Demonstrated ability to strategically partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve superior results.
Requirements
18–20 years of experience in large multinational corporations and/or leading IT services firms
8–10 years of hands-on expertise in change & program management reporting and delivering impactful outcomes
B. Tech, MBA or Master’s degree
Certification in relevant process areas of change and program management
Good knowledge of Healthcare or BFSI domain
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional and technology teams to deliver integrated and business-aligned solutions
Strong ability to translate business needs into process or technology-enabled solutions
Experience in managing strategic change management in complex matrix structures driving impactful outcomes
Experience as a Program and Change Manager managing large changes and programs focused on driving transformation.
