Provide critical support in forecasting revenue and managing the sales design funnel, ensuring accurate and timely projections
Design, implement, and validate operational dashboards and KPIs to measure sales productivity
Analyze and provide insights for resource allocation, optimizing pipeline management while maintaining expense targets
Execute complex data analyses on pipeline management, conversion ratios, and cycle times
Produce comprehensive executive summaries and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions
Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Provide actionable recommendations through deep analysis that supports key business decisions
Develop expert knowledge of in-house data sources, quickly extracting and analyzing data to drive decision-making
Provide ongoing account management support, working closely with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & IT to enhance reporting and tracking systems
Lead training sessions for Sales and Marketing users on new systems, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus
6+ years of progressive experience as an analyst, preferably in the high-technology sector, with a strong preference for experience in the semiconductor industry
Proven ability to influence strategy and drive change within a Sales organization, experience within a Sales organization and knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to senior management
Ability to approach tasks with a strong sense of urgency, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, ModelN, Kinaxis, and Salesforce.com is preferred.
