About this role
Role Overview
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
- Write functional specifications: User Stories, process diagrams, data mapping
- Lead functional workshops and support end users
- Participate in Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud…)
- Coordinate communication with technical teams and implementation partners
- Take part in testing phases (UAT) and functional acceptance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform
Requirements
- Master's degree (engineering, computer science, or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in the industrial sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills 🤝: you will act as the link between business teams and developers (among others!)
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Fluent in French
- Professional English (able to interview in English)
