Attorney (Social Law) – Berlin or Remote

Role Overview

• Establishing a new era of legal enforcement
• Responsible for managing client relationships and communications
• Providing legal advice and representation in social law matters
• Negotiating with opposing parties and opposing counsel
• Drafting complaints, briefs, contracts, etc.
• Independently handling cases and representing clients in court
• Close collaboration with internal teams and contributing to product development

Requirements

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in Germany
• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in social law
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
