Store Connectivity Manager

Role Overview

• Ensure reliable, high-performing network connectivity for retail/store locations.
• Manage end-to-end connectivity processes from site coordination to ongoing support.
• Identify and establish relationships with primary hospital/site contacts.
• Engage with telecommunications carriers to evaluate service options.
• Monitor network circuits to ensure uptime and performance standards.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for connectivity issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in network connectivity, telecom management, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience working with telecommunications carriers, circuit provisioning, and vendor management.
• Understanding of networking concepts (WAN, LAN, circuit types, bandwidth, redundancy).
• Experience coordinating installations across multiple locations.
• Experience with healthcare or hospital environments.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and inside wiring standards.
