Marketing Events Manager

Role Overview

• Looking for a dynamic and highly organised Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of all internal and external events across the business.
• Coordinate external events (industry conferences, client events, brand activations, networking sessions).
• Lead the end‑to‑end planning of internal events (company meetings, socials, team offsites, celebrations).
• Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, AV, travel, and schedules.
• Attend events to ensure seamless delivery and act as the on‑site point of contact.
• Partner with the Sales & Marketing Team and work closely with the People Team.

Requirements

• Experience in events, culture, internal communications, or office experience—ideally within the media sector.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, creative environments.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves on event days.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay calm under pressure.
