Social Media Manager

Role Overview

• You develop, implement and manage social media and content strategies for our clients, primarily in the B2B sector
• You plan social media content — tailored to the appropriate platform — and execute it together with our design team
• You handle the operational management of social media accounts (content creation, issue management)
• You take on community management as well as monitoring and reporting campaign results
• You are responsible for editorial planning
• You identify and leverage current or emerging trends to adapt them for our clients
• You recognize growth opportunities for our clients
• You provide proactive client consulting and account management
• You ensure quality standards and a brand-compliant presence for our clients on social media

Requirements

• You hold a degree in communications, marketing, business or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally agency-side
• You bring professional experience in B2B communication
• You have a strong affinity for integrating copy, imagery and content
• You are familiar with all major social networks and are comfortable using them
• You have a strong interest in real estate and/or financial topics
• You can quickly and efficiently familiarize yourself with different subjects and specialist areas
• You are reliable, self-motivated and possess analytical thinking and approach
• You have a strong team spirit and a high level of commitment
• You have very good MS Office and English skills
• You have excellent and impactful written and verbal communication skills
