Social Media Manager

Role Overview

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain a trusted day-to-day relationship
• Implement the social media strategies defined with the strategy team and contribute to their optimization
• Develop and oversee editorial calendars
• Create engaging, platform-appropriate content (posts, short-form videos such as Reels, photos)
• Handle community management
• Execute social ads and prospecting campaigns
• Oversee publishing, monitoring, and performance analysis
• Produce clear, recommendation-focused reports
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to advance projects

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years' experience in social media (agency experience highly valued)
• Strong command of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling
• Comfortable with social media management and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work methodically
• Proficient with content creation tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Figma
• Personal qualities: organized, reliable, and autonomous
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and professional communication
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Attentive to content quality and impact
• Enjoys working in a team and collaborating
