Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume B2B sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong ability to influence decision-makers and present tailored solution benefits to each prospect.
University degree completed; native Romanian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship-building, active listening, and persuasive communication.
Ambitious and confident, comfortable navigating challenging conversations with prospects to drive results.
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and skilled at organizing priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
