Develop and execute sourcing strategies across key spend categories, leading competitive events, negotiations, and supplier governance initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, manage risk, and ensure policy compliance.
Manage sourcing initiatives across a $25M+ annual portfolio, drive negotiation planning, and contribute to category optimization efforts that improve operational efficiency and supplier outcomes.
Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation, and performance improvement opportunities through spend analysis and market benchmarking.
Support Supplier Business Reviews, scorecarding, and governance processes in partnership with senior sourcing leaders.
Provide sourcing roadmap updates and category insights to business stakeholders and procurement leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience, ideally with ownership of People/HR, technology, marketing, or professional services categories.
Demonstrated success leading RFx processes, negotiations, and structured contract agreements independently.
Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management principles.
Experience using sourcing and contract management platforms (e.g., ZIP, Ironclad, Ariba, or similar).
Strong analytical and process management mindset, with the ability to translate spend data into actionable insights.
Executive-ready communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including VP-level business partners.
Highly adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented; comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
