Collaborate with Tech Leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate AI models and data-driven capabilities into existing platforms, applications, and enterprise workflows.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to support efficient data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
Apply best practices in model development, evaluation, and monitoring, including performance tuning and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to CT&I standards, approved technology stacks, and engineering practices across all development activities.
Implement appropriate controls for data security, privacy, and responsible AI usage within solutions.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality and reliable solution delivery.
Contribute to documentation, including technical design, model behavior, and implementation details to support maintainability and reuse.
Support deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions in production environments.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the pod.
