Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Security, Patch Management

Role Overview

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
• Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew
• Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions
• Manages cross-divisional technology-related programs or multiple technology-related workstreams within a larger program
• Drives all phases of the project lifecycle from inception through implementation
• Creates and maintains a multi-year program strategy
• Provides written and verbal communication to many different audiences
• Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, and internal and external partners
• Develops strong relationships with program leadership, sponsors, and workstream leads
• Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements
• Integrates and oversees change management efforts across the overall program
• Closely monitors program costs and budget

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible and related business experience
• At least four years of technical project management experience
• Previous people-leadership experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required
• Graduate degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional efforts in a matrixed organization
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within infrastructure, operations, or enterprise technology environments
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• CISSP certification is a plus
