Role Overview
- Lead a team of Program Managers, providing strategic direction
- Assist in the design and implementation of client projects
- Identify and remove roadblocks to meeting client deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute on client objectives
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and ACCESS
- Program/Account Management knowledge in co-pay and specialty products affordability solutions
- Pharmaceutical, pharmacy and/or healthcare experience a plus
- 4+ years of professional client facing experience
- 4+ years of project/program management experience
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred or equivalent experience
