Author workflow documentation and ensure operational compliance across recruiting teams.
Partner with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to ensure deep technical alignment.
Coordinate candidate engagement strategies and drive initiatives that improve overall recruiting cycle speeds.

5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation.
Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency environment (Nice-to-Have).
Direct exposure to AI-enabled sourcing platforms or talent rediscovery infrastructure (Nice-to-Have).
Familiarity with recruiting metrics, operational analytics, or pipeline reporting (Nice-to-Have).
