Define, deploy and maintain Program Quality Assurance Plans (PAQP).
Coordinate quality activities within the Core Team and the program Multi-Functional Team (MFT).
Lead product and process FMEAs (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) and manage Key Characteristics (KC/CTI).
Oversee process qualification and the preparation of the industrial file (manufacturing, inspection, traceability).
Manage First Article Inspections (FAI), internal and customer audits, and follow up on action plans.
Handle waivers/deviations, customer complaints, and represent the quality function to the customer.
Monitor and analyze program quality indicators and contribute to SQCD performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) and continuous improvement.

Master’s degree (engineering or equivalent) with at least 5 years’ experience in a quality role within program-driven environments, ideally in aerospace.
Strong knowledge of aerospace quality and regulatory requirements (EN 9100, AS9102 – to be validated if required).
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), risk analyses and FAI management.
Proven experience with problem-solving tools and root cause analysis (8D) as well as project management.

Flexibility, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Professional English enabling the facilitation of meetings and exchanges with international contacts (B2 level required).
