Analyze the performance of creative assets across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to identify winning patterns and elements.
Evaluate creative components such as hooks, visuals, copy, and CTAs to determine their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that focus specifically on creative efficacy.
Act as the primary liaison between the Media/Data teams and the Creative/Production teams.
Translate media performance data into creative "lessons learned" and actionable creative briefs for future production.
Collaborate with the Creative/Pencil Lead to integrate AI-driven insights into the creative workflow.
Develop and manage a robust creative testing roadmap, including A/B testing and multivariate testing protocols.
Provide data-backed recommendations for creative iterations and optimizations.
Oversee the metadata tagging process for creative assets to ensure granular data collection and analysis.
Participate in regular cross-departmental syncs to align creative production with media buying strategies.
Educate the creative team on performance metrics and how their work impacts the bottom line.
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure our creative strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in media analysis, digital marketing, or a performance-driven creative role.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Data Studio, Tableau) and platform native analytics.
Deep understanding of Paid Social and Programmatic ads platforms.
A strong grasp of storytelling, visual design principles, and what resonates with audiences on social media.
Experience with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Pencil) and creative management platforms is highly desirable.
