Brand Partnerships Strategist

Role Overview

• Research and recruit new brand partners for Jobber
• Build authentic relationships through ongoing content creation
• Support user-generated content initiatives
• Track, monitor, and report on brand partner success
• Ensure brand partners are following guidelines and meeting targets
• Contribute to campaigns, events, and initiatives for brand partners
• Communicate consistently with brand partners and provide support materials
• Evaluate brand partner engagements and optimize their content strategies

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record driving social-media-led campaigns
• The ability to collaborate and support across teams in the Marketing department
• Strong communication skills for engaging with brand partners
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Solid customer service skills to build relationships with brand partners
• Ambition and humility, pushing for innovation while remaining humble
• Sales experience, account management, affiliate marketing, or previous hands-on marketing experience for a SaaS company or tech startup is a plus
• Education in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields (BA, BS, MBA, or MS) is a plus
• Experience managing or running paid campaigns on social media and with influencers
