Conduct regular information security risk assessments
Develop security strategies in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
Develop and implement security policies and procedures
Plan and lead medium-sized consulting projects
Apply consulting methodologies independently, documenting and presenting results
Design and deliver awareness programs and training for internal and external clients
Provide ongoing advice to clients on additional support and prepare bids/proposals for projects
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and recommend improvements where necessary
Support the preparation of proposals and corporate presentations

Relevant completed degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a comparable field
Extensive knowledge and experience in information security risk assessments, security strategy development, and security policies and procedures
Deep understanding of security management frameworks, security technologies, and regulatory requirements
Proven experience leading governance projects and security initiatives, including ISMS implementation
Exceptional ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with strong presentation and report-writing skills
Fluent in German and English at negotiation/business level
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Security clearance required for this role
