Analyze production area requirements based on assembly plans and ensure the timely availability of tools, equipment, and resources to meet the production schedule.
Monitor, analyze, and report production KPIs to identify performance gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing corrective and preventive action plans to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, fostering a collaborative, safe, and high‑performance work environment.
Participate in and manage production‑related projects aimed at improving efficiency, capacity, and process stability.
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of workstation and line layouts in coordination with Industrial Engineering, HSE, and other relevant departments.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, company standards, and best practices.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to defects, non‑conformities, and process deviations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ergonomic concerns, and unsafe conditions on the shop floor.
Support workforce planning activities, including skills matrix development and cross‑training initiatives to enhance flexibility and resilience.
Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory or certification inspections.
Lead or actively participate in cross‑functional improvement and problem‑solving initiatives involving Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing of Wind energy, Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy equipment or Industrial manufacturing.
Hands on experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
Process improvement and KPI monitoring.
Root cause analysis (RCA, CAPA).
Safety and quality initiatives.
ERP/MES systems (SAP commonly).
Shop floor support experience working with operators, supervisors, and maintenance.
Participation in audits, layout changes, and small to mid size projects.
Experience with large assemblies and heavy components.
Proven continuous improvement results.
Ability to work in shift‑based or dynamic production environments.
Ability to read and interpret electrical or mechanical schematics and assembly instructions.
Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a plus.
Ability to travel domestic and international locations to project sites and on business as required with the ability to obtain a passport.
Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy.
