Work with business users, Controlling teams, and stakeholders to understand functional needs
Conduct workshops to capture business requirements for Controlling processes
Document functional specifications, process flows, and system designs
Configuration in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA), and Universal Allocations
Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PM consultants for seamless cross‑module flows
Validate end-to-end scenarios such as Procure-to-Pay cost postings and Order-to-Cash profitability flows
Prepare Unit Test, SIT, and UAT scenarios
Define data mapping for CO master data (cost centers, activity types, profit centers, internal orders)
Prepare training manuals, SOPs, and functional documents
Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions

ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant
Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce , MBA Finance or its equivalent
SAP S/4 HANA certification desirable
Minimum 10 years of experience
Minimum 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA Implementation experience, minimum 2 rollout, & AMS Support
Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, & Universal Allocation
Understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA Finance simplifications
Ability to prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects
Hands-on experience with Fiori analytical apps for Controlling
Good Oral and Written communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
