Define and own the partnerships strategy for ZALORA Indonesia, identifying high-value opportunities across retail, financial services, lifestyle, and adjacent verticals.
Lead senior-level negotiations to close strategic deals that drive ZALORA sales, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition.
Build and scale co-marketing programs with key partners, developing channel growth initiatives and loyalty mechanisms that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
Drive growth of ZALORA's financial product partnerships, including credit card acquisition programs and spend activation campaigns.
Partner with the Commercial team to deepen brand partner relationships and grow investment into the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP).
Lead the development and sale of advertising solutions that deliver measurable performance for brand partners while hitting advertising revenue targets.
Oversee integrated campaign planning spanning OOH, ATL, digital, and emerging media formats.
Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team, building capability and creating a high-performance culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, agencies, and key external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, CS, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
Own partnerships KPI reporting and deliver post-campaign analyses that translate data into actionable recommendations.
Manage the partnerships marketing budget with full accountability for spend efficiency and compliance.
Maintain governance standards across all partnership trackers, contracts, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
At least 6-8 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage senior-level relationships with external partners
Sharp commercial acumen—you think in deals, revenue, and growth levers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills; professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Analytically strong: able to interpret campaign and business performance data and make sound decisions from it
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
