About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our products or services.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Conduct introductory meetings and product demonstrations to educate prospects about our offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging and converting leads into customers.
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence others effectively.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer acquisition.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
