Providing comprehensive administrative support to Executive Level stakeholder, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Acting as a key point of contact, ensuring effective communication and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for operational meetings and strategic initiatives.
Proactively managing competing priorities and anticipating the needs of the stakeholder, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Supporting the execution of special projects and operational initiatives, often working cross-functionally with other departments.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in a similar Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role.
Previous team management experience is essential, as you’ll be responsible to leading and developing a high-performing team of Personal Assistants.
Exceptionally organised, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ability to create calm in the chaos, bringing structure, clarity, and confidence to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ambitious and eager to grow within a fast-moving organisation.
Naturally curious, with a desire to understand the broader business context and contribute meaningfully.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
