Leading the development, standardization, and execution of best-in-class material planning and inventory management processes across all North America manufacturing sites.
Ensuring the organization maintains optimal inventory levels, reduces waste and working capital, and sustains uninterrupted material supply to support production schedules.
Driving standardization, data integrity, and efficiency across the global supply chain network.
Overseeing materials planning and inventory management performance across all PES NA manufacturing sites.
Accountability for process governance, performance reporting, and corrective action execution in coordination with Operations, Sourcing, and Finance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in materials management, production control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Proven success implementing standardized processes and systems across multiple sites.
Strong background in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
