- Managing software subscriptions and licences

- Jumping in and editing across platforms and formats
- Collaborating with third-party vendors
- Troubleshooting technical issues
Requirements
- deep, hands-on experience across the full post production ecosystem
- Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Iconik, Lucidlink, MASV, Cavalry, Affinity, and similar tools
- understanding of codecs, colour spaces, file formats, colour pipelines, storage systems, and delivery specifications
- ability to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly without needing to escalate everything
- built and managed large-scale asset systems before
- can edit competently across platforms and formats
- comfortable jumping into a cut when the team needs an extra pair of hands
- worked with third-party post production vendors
- methodical about data and asset management
- genuinely forward-thinking about emerging technology, particularly AI
- self-motivated and thrive working autonomously
