Deliver high-quality onsite technical support and training
Maintenance, servicing, and upgrades of medical technologies
Perform both corrective and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry
Manage day-to-day personal planning and car stock inventory
Requirements
ONC/HNC in Electronic Engineering (or similar), or a recent graduate in a relevant technical discipline
Experience in field service is beneficial, but not essential
Strong IT aptitude, with knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and configuration (CompTIA Network+ certification desirable)
Customer-focused with a proven track record of providing high-quality service and repair
