Provides administrative support to the department through general clerical and receptionist duties.
Generates and maintains documents, reports, correspondence and performs other duties related to computer programs and systems support for the department.
Manages special projects for the department.
Serves as a point person to those outside the department.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; OR business school training.
3 years experience in a professional administrative role required including experience working with confidential information.
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.
