Assistant Manager, Crane Maintenance

Role Overview

• Supervise daily team activities of mechanics in the maintenance and repair of cranes.
• Coordinate and plan emergent repairs that occur during the shift.
• Develops and maintains reports for all assigned tasks and work started and/or completed during the shift.
• Manages relationships with ILA partners working within workspace.
• Documents work in record keeping systems along with pass down notes between rotating shifts.
• Coordinates asset availability within immediate department and partnering operational departments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Continued education or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; Transportation Worker Identification Credential, Relevant Technical Certification required.
• Five years of related experience required or Bachelor's degree in related field; One year of experience in leadership capacity required.
