Support the development of marketing intelligence solutions that support campaign analysis, audience segmentation, and channel optimisation
Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate tracking
Translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights that support strategic marketing decisions
Monitor critical metrics and proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Support the development of self-serve BI tools and training for marketing stakeholders

Proven experience in reporting and BI
An understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
Organised person, able to manage multiple workloads and stakeholders
Proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
Experience with data querying and transformation using SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy, automation, and storytelling
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
