Assist in delivering the Australian and New Zealand fortnightly payroll for over 4,000 employees in ADP's GlobalView with high accuracy and standard
Take ownership of end-to-end New Zealand payroll processing, ensuring compliance with NZ legislation including PAYE, KiwiSaver, and leave entitlements
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and complex queries
Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes
Monitor the correctness, eligibility, and timeliness of payments in compliance with Awards, EBA's, Employment Contracts, organisational policies, and relevant legislation
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation and compliance requirements (e.g. PAYE, KiwiSaver, Holidays Act)
Deep understanding of legislative requirements in respect of Australian Payroll ( eg PAYG, SGC and payroll tax)
Proven experience in a similar role in a large complex organisation
ADP GlobalView/SAP and Workday experience is preferred but not essential
Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll issues independently
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
