Perform, coordinate, record, and review annual property inspections, including scheduling and follow-up with property representatives/borrowers and inspectors (in-house and third-party)
Organize and manage all inspection files and documentation
Analyze inspection findings to assess risk, identify performance concerns, and support Watch List recommendations
Manage and oversee the quarterly financial analysis process for all portfolio loans
Conduct quarterly financial analysis for multifamily and commercial loans (collect data, analyze statements, summarize findings, recommend adjustments/solutions)
Assist with quarterly Watch List updates (occupancy, concession levels, performance metrics)
Monitor financial performance for early signs of distress and escalate issues to senior team members
Manage communications collecting operating statements for analysis
Process repair, completion, and other special escrows
Update internal and external portfolio databases (Salesforce, Rockport, Enterprise, Agency Systems etc.)
Organize and maintain Asset Management electronic records (contact database, inspection files, reports)
Support data integrity and trend tracking related to portfolio-level risks
Assist in the creation of routine and ad hoc portfolio reports
Research macroeconomic data and property performance data for individual markets
Review data to determine the most effective ways to present meaningful trends
Create reports and dashboards focused on ongoing property and loan performance trends
Communicate with clients to determine appropriate loan arrangements as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and experience with database software
Power BI and servicing software experience is a plus
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate data quickly and present information in a coherent manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes

Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle
