understand the scope and requirements of projects/releases to be delivered
assist QA teams in developing and executing quality assurance test strategies
develop and track Quality Assurance metrics for various projects
responsible for managing risks, improving processes, and providing feedback to team members
manage the complete SDLC life cycle with report testing results
identify potential risks that could affect the quality of the software

15+ years of experience
experience with defect tracking tools e.g. Jira
test case management tools like Quality Center (ALM), Rational Quality Manager or Jira-XRAY
knowledge of software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile Methodology)
low/no code test automation experience with QA Automation tools (Selenium/Playwright/TOSCA/UFT)
exposure to Agentic AI and/or AI Productivity tools for QA automation
