Identify emerging issues and opportunities that support the branch’s strategic direction, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate work to address opportunities and drive continuous improvement to ensure branch business goals are met
Conduct data reviews and trend analysis to explain, interpret and provide customized information to teams and leadership
Identify data integrity issues and provide input on how to improve data processes
Prepare raw data and associated reporting for use in branch planning
Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests
Coordinate and fulfill high-priority requests from leadership and stakeholders
Contribute to enterprise projects and support subject matter experts
Support business continuity planning and operational readiness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, project management, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in an energy or regulatory environment that includes analytics, project work (leading projects), continuous improvement initiatives, and/or planning
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across teams
Experience supporting projects or process improvement
Strong communication skills bridging business and technical areas
