Own the product’s integration architecture, including end‑to‑end system maps, data flows, and dependencies.
Translate customer journeys (buy → install → bill → support) into clear technical requirements and specs for engineering teams.
Act as the primary technical partner for cross‑functional teams including Sales, Billing, Fulfillment, and Care.
Ensure integrations are production‑ready by partnering with engineering and operations and tracking key technical performance metrics.
Lead integration impact assessments and end‑to‑end testing for new features, bundles, promotions, and entitlement changes.
Collaborate with platform and backend teams to ensure proper use of APIs, events, and system capabilities, while clearly defining product‑specific integration needs.
Requirements
8–10+ years in technical product management, solution architecture, or systems integration, ideally within telecom, subscription services, or other complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of ordering and sales flows (digital and assisted), billing and rating concepts (products, plans, discounts, taxes/fees), provisioning/fulfillment processes and service activation, and care/support tooling and workflows.
Ability to read and discuss API specifications, sequence diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data models, and mapping tables (such as SKUs, service codes, and entitlements).
Experience leading cross‑system integration projects that involve multiple organizations and legacy platforms.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to act as a “translator” between business, product, and highly technical teams.
Strong problem‑solving abilities, especially when debugging issues across multiple systems (e.g., orders created but not billed, or devices not provisioned).
