Pharmacist

Role Overview

• You are the pharmaceutical contact person for our nursing service partners and patients.
• You communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care.
• You perform medication reviews and create or update medication plans for our patients.
• You are responsible for prescription management as well as general quality management and documentation.
• Together with your pharmacy team, you monitor our patients' medication management.
• You check incoming goods, communicate with our blister-packaging partner, and continuously improve internal processes.
• You support our customer support team and logistics provider daily in further developing our processes.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in pharmacy and are a licensed pharmacist with German approbation, or are about to obtain it.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a community (retail) pharmacy.
• Experience collaborating with nursing staff or with patient-specific blister packaging is an advantage.
• You enjoy and are interested in day-to-day pharmacy work (counseling patients and caregivers, creating and maintaining medication plans, etc.).
• You are motivated to engage with diverse and new (current) areas of responsibility, wish to develop professionally, and want to take ownership of new topics.
• You are excited to work in a dynamic, communicative team.
• You speak fluent German; English is an advantage.
