You are the pharmaceutical contact person for our nursing service partners and patients.
You communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care.
You perform medication reviews and create or update medication plans for our patients.
You are responsible for prescription management as well as general quality management and documentation.
Together with your pharmacy team, you monitor our patients' medication management.
You check incoming goods, communicate with our blister-packaging partner, and continuously improve internal processes.
You support our customer support team and logistics provider daily in further developing our processes.
Requirements
You have a completed degree in pharmacy and are a licensed pharmacist with German approbation, or are about to obtain it.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a community (retail) pharmacy.
Experience collaborating with nursing staff or with patient-specific blister packaging is an advantage.
You enjoy and are interested in day-to-day pharmacy work (counseling patients and caregivers, creating and maintaining medication plans, etc.).
You are motivated to engage with diverse and new (current) areas of responsibility, wish to develop professionally, and want to take ownership of new topics.
You are excited to work in a dynamic, communicative team.
You speak fluent German; English is an advantage.
