Lead a team of 11 HR payroll specialists / application consultants (both technically and personnel-wise)
Coach and develop team members (Servant Leadership)
Handle complex customer and partner inquiries; support customers and partners across the entire payroll process
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and specialists; take on (partial) project leadership roles
Contribute to the ongoing development of payroll software solutions
Requirements
Higher education in business administration, HR payroll, social insurance, HR management, or business informatics
Proven, successful experience leading a larger team – modern leadership skills
Several years of experience in a comparable role – keywords: people management combined with HR payroll, social insurance, or a payroll-IT interface role
Tech-savvy with a strong interest in modern developments such as AI
Ideally skilled in “People Management”, “HR Payroll”, and “Technology/Digitalization”
