Category Manager – Isolation Thermique par l’Extérieur

Role Overview

• Analyze the market, competitors and trends to identify new opportunities.
• Define product positioning and strategy adapted to the French market.
• Build a relevant offering: select partner suppliers and define the associated range.
• Manage the product lifecycle: launch, performance monitoring, rationalization.
• Expand the portfolio in line with EMEA strategic directions defined by the Product Manager Façade & External Insulation (ITE).
• Develop value propositions and sales support materials.
• Coordinate the commercial activation plan with the Brand Marketing Manager.
• Monitor key indicators: sales, margins, market share.
• Implement and track corrective action plans to achieve defined objectives.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in marketing or business (business school or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in category management or product portfolio management in distribution, ideally in B2B / specialist distribution.
• Strong analytical skills and a strong business orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven team spirit.
• Fluency in French and professional level English required.
