You drive the continued development of our platforms
You design new sections, page structures and content formats (e.g. guides, glossaries, head-to-head comparisons, calculators).
You work closely with our editorial and design teams to develop content both editorially and visually.
You analyze user behavior and web data to identify optimization opportunities and implement them strategically.
You strategically expand our visibility in traditional search (SEO) and in generative AI search systems (GEO).
You perform keyword analyses, identify content gaps and unlock new potential.
You measure SEO and GEO performance, develop hypotheses and test optimizations based on data.
You develop strategic growth paths in organic search and AI search and scale lead generation across both channels.
You build AI-supported workflows that make our team faster and better — from research and briefings to publication.
You work with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier) to efficiently handle recurring tasks.

At least three years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and/or content.
Solid knowledge of SEO & GEO: you understand how AI search works and how to optimize for it.
Confident use of SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and CMS (WordPress).
AI in daily work: you use AI tools every day for content, SEO/GEO and creative tasks, leveraging them to amplify your expertise—not replace it.
Automation: experience with LLM APIs and workflow tools (Make, Zapier), or a willingness to learn quickly.
Ownership mindset: you take responsibility, prioritize by impact and drive your projects forward with energy and passion.
You are a team player with open, constructive communication and enjoy collaboration and exchange.
You want to grow professionally and are open to new tools, mindsets and challenges — we are happy to teach you some skills.
