Develop product positioning and messaging to increase sales pipeline and resonate with target audiences
Create product collateral including data sheets, technical briefs, and presentations to support revenue generation
Enable sales teams and partners by producing sales tools and training materials that improve product understanding
Deliver webinars and training sessions to educate both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analyze market and buyer insights to inform campaign strategies and competitive positioning
Monitor product performance and customer adoption to provide feedback for continuous improvement
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)
5+ years' experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required)
Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales (Required)
A strong technical foundation, including experience working with Unified Communications products (Required)
Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling (Required)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills (Required)
Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales (Required)
