About this role
Role Overview
Accounts Payable: posting supplier invoices onto QuickBooks and matching invoices to purchase orders where applicable.
Bank Reconciliations: posting bank transactions and completing reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
Accounts Receivable: posting receipts through the bank, ensuring payments are matched against invoices and maintaining reconciled control accounts.
Payroll Administration: managing labour cost sheets and supporting payroll processes.
Credit Card Reconciliations: posting and reconciling company credit card transactions within QuickBooks.
Liaising with internal accountants and supporting all finance-related requirements.
Providing general finance and administrative support to the wider business as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in a finance administration, accounts assistant or bookkeeping role.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
