About this role
Role Overview
Supporting the buying team by ensuring the smooth and efficient management of critical path deadlines.
Help maintain an organised workflow from start to finish.
Coordinating approvals, preparing presentations to keep the team on track.
Ensuring relevant fit details are recorded and followed up appropriately.
Managing parcel collection, logging, and distribution efficiently.
Conducting competitive shopping and effectively benchmarking pricing.
Ensuring products are photographed on time by managing the intake sheet.
Demonstrating strong skills in Excel formulas and familiarity with buying systems.
Requirements
A strong understanding of the critical path is essential.
Presentation Skills: You should present information confidently and with enthusiasm.
Problem Solving: You should proactively find solutions to tasks.
Communication: You will communicate clearly and professionally across all platforms.
