Role Overview
- Drive forecast quality and performance improvements
- Lead Regional and Tactical Demand Reviews
- Partner with Finance and Strategy to develop and maintain Long-Range Planning demand assumptions
- Drive adoption and effective use of Advanced Planning Systems
- Own demand plan roll-up across the regions
- Define and execute actions to improve demand planning KPIs
- Lead, coach, and mentor managers and demand planners
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or related functions, with 7+ years of people leadership experience OR Advanced degree plus 8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or related functions, with 7+ years of people leadership experience
- Nice to Have: Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., BlueYonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or similar)
- Strong statistical forecasting and analytics capability
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
