Role Overview
Drive implants market share expansion through structured identification and conversion of competitive accounts
Develop high-potential, low-share (HPLS) accounts, with a clear mandate to unlock incremental annual revenue
Identify and activate white space opportunities across geographies and procedure segments.
Act as a bridge between strategy and field execution, ensuring sharper deployment of growth initiatives.
Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
Requirements
Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
