Manage complex calendars, schedule cross-functional meetings, and prioritize conflicting demands across multiple time zones
Act as the primary liaison between leadership and internal teams, external partners, vendors, and agency collaborators
Oversee travel coordination, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting for executive initiatives and brand events
Track high-priority action items and ensure deliverables from leadership meetings are completed on time
Draft, proofread, and format internal communications, company-wide updates, and external partnership correspondence
Assist with ad-hoc projects across e-commerce, brand marketing, and event coordination as needed to support business growth
Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives within a fast-growing DTC e-commerce, fashion, or consumer brand.
Mastery of communication and organization tools and familiarity with modern e-commerce ecosystems.
A self-starter mindset with an innate ability to predict operational bottlenecks before they happen.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to channel the brand’s voice professionally.
