Lead development of a 3–5 year commercial strategy aligned to LATAM growth targets.
Drive execution of strategic projects across LATAM, ensuring delivery of defined KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, market share, launch performance).
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable business and operational plans across franchises.
Partner with franchise, finance, and functional leaders to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance gaps.
Evaluate and prioritize expansion opportunities (e.g., new markets, portfolio optimization, pricing initiatives).
Design and implement scalable commercial execution frameworks across LATAM markets.
Optimize product launches, including launch readiness, adoption tracking, and post-launch performance reviews.
Lead governance forums, including monthly/quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.
Oversee execution of strategic programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and financial targets.
Support M&A integration and ensure alignment with commercial strategy and operating models.
Develop executive-level communications, including board-ready presentations, financial analysis, and strategic updates.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, PMO, consulting, or business transformation roles within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple countries or regions.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders (VP level and above) and drive decision-making.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Experience with commercial excellence frameworks such as go-to-market strategy, pricing, segmentation, or salesforce effectiveness.
Track record of driving measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, margin improvement, market expansion).
Strong communication skills with experience delivering executive-level presentations.
Ability to operate in both strategic planning and hands-on execution environments.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
PMO or project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Portuguese proficiency (preferred).
Ability to travel up to 50% across Latin America.
Experience working in or with LATAM markets required.
