Own the end-to-end implementation experience for banks and credit unions
Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners
Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance
Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks

3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role
Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions
Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services
Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
